Hani Coffee owner and roaster Craig Scoville will appear at Wiseman House Chocolate in Hico to be available to talk about all things coffee. Craig has a special relationship with the coffee growers investing in the communities and people of SW China where the coffee is grown. In that region Hani Coffee is a premium brand and we are happy to have it in WHC. Craig will be sampling and talking coffee Nov 12 and 26 from 10am-2pm.

Chef Kevin has been working with Hani Coffee Company of SW China to create and introduce fine chocolate to the Chinese market.
