Online orders are shipped via UPS and processed Monday thru Friday, we do not ship on holidays or weekends.
Shipping and handling charges are generated at check-out in accordance with UPS standard rates.
Modes of shipping are as follows:

2nd day air
Orders received after 10:00 a.m. central standard time will be shipped the next business day.
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return your shipment to us within 10 days of receipt along with a letter stating your specific concern for a prompt refund or replacement.
